RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

I want your buying experience to be as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Since all items are hand printed/handmade I cannot issue any refunds or exchanges unless there is a flaw with the product. If this is the case I will need you to submit photos with your return request. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for another reason please contact me directly and together I’m sure we can come up with a solution that will make you happy.
Please note: Any order that is placed, but canceled prior to shipping, will incur a 20% restocking fee.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:

At this time PATTERN & Posy accepts payments via PayPal and credit card.

Payments need to be received within 48 hours of order. I will attempt to contact you if payment is not received in this time. If there is no response or payment received, the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING:

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail of you choose that option. All made to order items will be shipped within 7 days of order. All pre-made items will ship within 3-5 days.
I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail, but will always provide a tracking number. Please notify me if you would like to have your order shipped with insurance.

TERMS of USE:

-ALL designs/items can be used for PERSONAL USE only.

You CANNOT:
- Claim any product or design as your own.
- Sell a handmade product or a digital product.
- Share or distribute the original files, in part or in whole, in any way.
- Resell any product or design for any purpose.
