Shipping and Returns
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority mail. All items will ship within 3-5 business days.
We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail, but will always provide a tracking number. Please notify us if you would like to have your order shipped with insurance.

We want your buying experience to be as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!
Due to the handmade nature of the products we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges unless there is a flaw with the product. If this is the case, please submit photos with your return request.
If an exchange is needed because the wrong size one piece was purchased please contact us directly.
Please note: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for another reason please contact me directly and together we can come up with a solution that will make you happy.

If a return/refund is agreed upon we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards for any reason.
